Terms of use

Last updated 20 October 2026

This page is a starting point for real terms of use. Replace it with your own, reviewed by counsel.

Using this website

This website is run by Offscreen Films Ltd (“Offscreen”, “we”) to show our work, our directors and the studio. By using it you agree to these terms.

Films, stills and text

The films, stills, music and text on this website belong to Offscreen, to our clients, or to the artists and crew who made them, and many are shown here under licence. You may watch them on this website and share links to any page. Please do not download, re-edit, re-upload or broadcast them without written permission. For press use, write to the press inbox on the contact page.

Briefs and ideas

We receive many briefs, scripts and treatments, and we may already be developing work with similar ideas. Sending us a brief does not create any obligation for either side. If you need a non-disclosure agreement before you share something, ask for one first.

Links to other sites

We link to clients, artists, festivals and video platforms for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but we cannot promise that it is complete or always available, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of its content.
